To Make Reservations
Reservations are taken over the telephone (877) 648-7527 or via email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). A 2-night (first and last nights) deposit is required to confirm a reservation, the balance can be paid upon arrival (except holidays, see below). We accept MasterCard, VISA or a personal check. Office hours are 9am—9 pm (7 pm in the winter).
Cabin Rates:
There is a 12% county bed tax added to all above rates. Spring-fall holidays/fishing season opener rates are slightly, call for prices. We reserve the right to change rates. We do NOT offer additional guests over the maximum allowed per cabin for an extra fee.
Holidays:
Spring-fall holidays/fishing season opener rates are slightly higher, call for prices. Winter Christmas/New Years holidays rates apply to: December 17, 2010 through January 2, 2011, and has a 5-night minimum. Balances for holidays are due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. EXCEPTIONs: Christmas/New Years reservation only: balances are due 60 days prior to arrival and cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival.
Early / Late Arrivals:
Check in time: 3:00pm / Check out time: 10:00am. Office hours are 9 am—9 pm (7 pm in the winter). If you plan on arriving after our offices will be closed, please give us a phone call and we will pre-assign you to a cabin, leave the door and lights on for your late arrival. If you will be arriving early, give us a call at least a day before, if we have a chance to clean your room first, we will.
Maximum Number of Guests per Cabin:
No more than maximum persons per unit are allowed (2 person in Studio; 4 persons in 1-bdrm cabins; 6 persons in 2-bedrooms or Main House) of any age, no exceptions. Guests arriving with more than the maximum number of guests allowed per cabin will be offered a second cabin (if available), but will NOT be allowed to register with more than the maximum. If it is discovered that a cabin has more than the allowed maximum after check-in, all guests will be asked to leave and there will be no refund.
No non-registered guests (without specific permission). We do make exceptions for a group outdoor bbq/dinner, just ask. The use of cabins kitchen and shower facilities are for registered guests only.
Cancellation Policy:
After confirmation, if you need to cancel any number of nights of a reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date, a refund less a $25 administrative fee will be issued. If you need to cancel any number of nights of a reservation within 30 days of arrival and we are able to re-sell those nights, you will receive a refund of the re-sold nights less a $25 administrative fee. Stays cut short for any reason are not subject to a refund. Exception: Christmas holiday reservations are 60 days prior to arrival.
Future Reservations
Guests staying 7+ nights can make future reservations up to a year out. Return guests have first option to the same cabin they had the previous year. These reservations require a 2-night deposit in January 2011. Unpaid deposits will cancel the reservation and that cabin will be open to the public for sale beginning March 1, 2011. For guests wanting to make a reservation of LESS than 7 nights, call to be put on a waitlist and we can confirm availability after March 1, 2011.
NO SMOKING POLICY
All of our cabins are non-smoking. The buckets in the courtyard are provided for your outdoor smoking. After your departure, should your room have a smoke smell that requires a deep cleaning, there is a $50.00 service fee PLUS the charge for as many days room rental that are needed to clean the room PLUS the cost to relocate the guests who are next booked into your room. Smoke smell can come from many places including: second hand smoke, from smoking on the porch/near open door, by ashes, cigarette butts. WHATEVER THE CAUSE, if the smell prevents us from re-selling the room without a deep cleaning, you will be charged.
Before Checking Out (and to avoid a $50 cleaning fee)
Dispose of all trash and garbage in the dumpster behind cabin #8; wash kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans and return to original place; turn off lights and fan. Turn wall thermostat to 55º; leave keys in cabin. There is a $15.00 service fee for lost keys.
Sorry, NO:
No pets. No smoking in guest rooms, see no-smoking policy above for penalties. No daily maid service. No outside noise or partying after 10 pm. No non-registered guests (without specific permission), this includes use of cabins kitchen and shower facilities. All campfires out by 10 pm. No more than maximum persons per unit allowed (see rates).
Handicap Access:
Due to the construction of our 1950’s buildings, wheelchair access is not recommended into and inside our guest rooms. There are stairs (from 1-3) into each room and the hallways/doorways in the rooms are no more that 21” across. Outdoor walkways are uneven and not flat.
