Check in time: 3:00pm / Check out time: 10:00am 2 nights deposit required to hold reservations, balance on arrival. 12% transient occupancy tax is added to all room rates. Mastercard and VISA cards accepted. Holidays have 3/5 night minimums and entire balance is due 30 days before arrival. Two-night minimum all weekends, 5-night minimum holiday weeks Office hours are 9 am - 8 pm. if you will be arriving after 8 pm, call to make arrangements to get into your room. We reserve the right to change rates. No pets. All cabins are non-smoking.
Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel any number of nights of this reservation more than 30 days from your arrival date, a refund less a $25 administrative fee will be issued.If you need to cancel any number of nights of this reservation within 30 days of arrival and we are able to re-sell those nights, you will receive a refund of the re-sold nights less a $25 administrative fee.Stays cut short for any reason are not subject to a refund. **Packages, once confirmed are non-refundable.

Group Reservations Groups are multiple cabin reservations controlled and paid for by one person. Entire balances for groups are due 60 days prior to arrival. Once confirmed, group reservations can be cancelled or a decrease in nights accepted outside of 60 days with a $25 fee per cabin. Reservations cancelled or nights dropped inside of 60 days will be refunded ONLY if cabin is resold plus each reservation will have a $50 fee per cabin.
Smoking Policy:Our cabins are all non-smoking units. Outdoor ashtrays are provided. Cabins left with smoke smell (whatever the cause) will incur a $50 service fee plus the cost of the number of nights room rental lost in order to deep clean the room and relocate the guests who are next booked into your room.
Sorry, NO: No pets. No smoking in guest rooms. No daily maid service. No loud noise or partying after 10 pm. No campers/RVs or trailers. No non-registered guests. No more than maximum persons per unit allowed (see rates).
Handicap Access: Due to the construction of our 1950’s buildings, wheelchair access is not recommended into and inside our guest rooms. There are stairs (from 1-3) into each room and the hallways/doorways in the rooms are no more that 21” across. Outdoor walkways are uneven and not flat.
